本团队立足国家稻种资源安全,聚焦水稻种质资源形成与演化的科学问题,重点开展水稻种质资源收集保存与精准鉴定、水稻重要育种性状基因资源解析等研究,挖掘优异水稻种质,揭示水稻高产、优质、耐逆、抗病虫等优异性状形成的遗传基础,阐明水稻优异性状与优异基因的驯化选择及演变规律,创制高产稳产水稻新种质,为面向未来的水稻遗传改良提供支撑。
