小麦高产品种创制利用

团队简介

本团队围绕我国小麦产业高质量发展对高产绿色耐逆新品种的重大需求,聚焦作物育种技术与方法创新,重点开展空间环境、核辐射等诱发作物遗传变异的分子生物学效应与机制解析、小麦优异新材料创制及新品种培育等研究工作。建立了地面模拟空间诱变、细胞诱变育种技术平台,克隆了小麦矮秆基因Rht8、粒型基因RG1等并解析其分子机制,为高产小麦新品种培育提供技术支撑与基因资源基础。育成及合作审定航麦247、航麦802、鲁原502等小麦新品种10余个,其中鲁原502累计推广应用超1亿亩,为保障小麦口粮绝对安全作出了重要贡献;耐盐高产优质小麦航麦802在山东东营中度盐碱地示范种植亩产达554.6千克,作为耐盐小麦入选国家农作物优良品种推广目录。
