小麦优异基因资源高效挖掘

团队简介

团队针对重大新品种培育对关键基因资源的迫切需求,利用小麦自然群体、核心种质及突变体材料,系统解析产量、品质和抗逆等重要农艺性状的遗传基础和分子调控网络,揭示小麦品种选育及驯化过程中基因组演变规律。在此基础上,通过集成规模化基因发掘、基因编辑和调控元件精准设计等技术,挖掘关键优异基因并创制育种新材料,支撑小麦品种改良。团队承担了国家重点研发计划、农业生物育种重大项目、国家自然科学基金等多个国家级项目,在小麦基因组演化、重要基因克隆与功能解析等方面取得了一批代表性成果,相关研究发表在Nature、Nature Plants、Nature Communications和Plant Cell等国际知名期刊,创制了一批优异新材料,育成中麦69和中麦678等多个高产广适国审新品种。
