水稻优异基因资源高效挖掘

团队简介

围绕水稻产业发展面临的可供育种利用的优异基因资源缺乏、复杂农艺性状形成的遗传基础不清等核心科学问题,重点开展籼粳交杂种优势利用、优质、耐逆、抗病虫、资源高效等性状关键基因的挖掘,构建复杂性状形成的分子调控网络,为高产优质绿色水稻新品种培育提供基因资源和理论依据。实验室建立以来,挖掘了籼粳杂种不育基因RHS12、高产基因GNA、优质基因OsTPS8、资源高效利用基因OsGATA8-H、耐高温基因OsPRMT6a&6b等26个新基因,相关研究成果在Cell、Nature Genetics、Nature Communications、The Plant Cell和PNAS等国际主流期刊发表SCI论文30余篇,其中“破解水稻籼粳亚种生殖隔离之谜”获2024年度中国农业科学十大进展之一。
