大豆优异基因资源高效挖掘

团队简介

本团队围绕大豆产能提升和种业振兴等国家重大需求,以产量、品质、耐逆性协同改良为目标,重点通过功能基因组学解析耐密理想株型、籽粒油份蛋白组成及逆境适应的分子调控机制,致力于系统挖掘对大豆产量和品质有显著影响的关键遗传因子。近年来,团队在优异基因资源挖掘方面取得系列突破,克隆并解析了PH13、GmEID1、GmCRY1s、MTA、CS1等调控株型、耐荫性、抗倒伏及花期的关键基因,同时克隆了GmGRF5-1、GmGRF5-2和GmDET2-1等控制籽粒蛋白与油分含量的品质基因。相关成果发表于Nature Communications、Molecular Plant、PNAS等高水平期刊。团队围绕上述优异基因资源获得多项授权发明专利,涵盖开花期、株高、籽粒成分等关键性状的调控应用,初步构建了大豆高产优质耐逆的协同调控网络,为大豆种质创新和设计育种提供了重要的基因资源和理论基础。
