小麦新基因资源设计与创制

团队简介

团队围绕作物新基因资源设计与创制等研究方向,立足国家粮食安全重大战略需求,聚焦作物抗旱、氮高效和抗病等性状易受环境影响等问题,主要开展作物抗逆基因挖掘与功能机制解析和新材料创制的工作。利用全基因组关联分析等生物前沿技术,挖掘抗逆性状相关的关键基因,解析其分子遗传机制;利用基因编辑等生物育种技术,结合分子标记辅助选择,创制具有优良抗逆性的小麦新材料,培育高产、优质、抗逆小麦新品种。为作物抗逆分子育种提供理论依据与技术支撑,为国家粮食安全与农业可持续发展提供基础保障。
