水稻新基因资源设计与创制团队聚焦水稻高产稳产,综合利用图位克隆、基因编辑、生理生化以及多组学技术,结合大田试验,在作物株型与高光效改良、种质创制等方面取得系列重要进展。克隆穗型调控基因PAL1和分蘖调控基因RCN22;解析OsMPK6-OsMADS47-PPKL1/3粒型调控模块,实现粒长与产量协同提升;阐明OsFTL1-GF14c-OsFD1成花复合物调控抽穗机制,创制早花不减产新种质。此外,通过过表达ZmGLK基因增强水稻耐旱性,编辑OsRbcS基因揭示光合调控分蘖及产量形成的新机制,多组学分析挖掘水稻耐受高光的重要基因,创制水稻抗高光新种质。团队提出整合作物“理想株型”和“最佳生理型”的协同优化理念,通过多学科交叉融合与精准育种技术,打造新一代高产、高效、广适的作物品种,指明了未来育种的方向,为开启下一次作物绿色革命奠定了坚实的理论基础。相关成果发表于Plant Cell、Trends in Biotechnology等期刊,发表SCI论文17篇,授权发明专利18项(含国际4项)。
