大豆新基因资源设计与创制

团队简介

围绕大豆高产优质新基因资源设计与创制任务,重点开展高产优质新基因挖掘、新种质创制和新品种选育等工作。构建了皂甙和类黄酮等营养品质组分快速鉴定技术,鉴定了1000余份种质的皂甙和类黄酮等组分,解析其地理分布特征,鉴定出高皂甙(>5 mg/g)种质14份,高类黄酮(>20 mg/100g)种质4份。解析了GmZFP7和GmMYB77调控异黄酮积累的分子机制;开发出12个高油分子标记,创制高油(>22%)高产种质4份;创制高叶酸种质4份,是普通品种8-10倍。开发出拟茎点种腐病快速识别系统,鉴定出抗性种质4份;研发出基于机器学习全基因组选择预测模型,预测准确度提高77.5%(Nature Communcations,2026);发表SCI论文15篇,授权专利2件,软件著作权1项。审定新品种6个,授权品种权5件。中黄203在河北无极百亩方实打实收创亩产322.7公斤的黄淮海地区高油高产大豆密植(2.8万株/亩)高产记录。
